Product Description
The Water - resistant Series Pressure Sensors, including SVP - 4040D - 040G and SVP05D - 001, are MEMS + ASIC dual chips with digital IIC output. Model SVP - 4040D - 040G has a pressure range of 0 - 40kPa, while SVP05D - 001 is 300 - 1200hPa. They work on 1.8 - 3.6V (SVP - 4040D - 040G) and 1.7 - 3.6V (SVP05D - 001), sized at 4.0(L) × 4.0(W) × 2.0(H) mm and 3.2(L) × 3.2(W) × 2.8(H) mm respectively, and are packaged in Tape and Reel. Storage requires (23 ± 5) °C, humidity below 75%, and sealing to prevent oxidation. Applications are blood pressure monitoring watches and household gas meters.
