Product Description

The SOP Series Pressure Sensors, such as SV - SOP6 - 040GB, SV - SOP6 - 040B, etc., are based on MEMS technology. Most are MEMS single chip with analog differential signal output, like SV - SOP6 - 040G, while some are MEMS + ASIC dual chips with digital IIC or analog output, such as SV - SOP6 - 040D and SVP073A - 351A. Their pressure ranges vary, including 0 - 40kPa, 0 - 700kPa, 0 - 1500kPa, etc. The working voltage is mainly 5V for single chip models and 1.8 - 3.6V or 4.75 - 5.25V for dual chip ones. Dimensions differ slightly, like 10.4(L) × 7.0(W) × 0.5(H) mm or 7.3(L) × 7.3(W) × 0.7(H) mm, and they are packaged in Plastic Tubes. Storage conditions require (23 ± 5) °C, humidity below 75%, and sealing to prevent oxidation. Applications include blood pressure monitors, sweepers, and more.
