The LGA Series Pressure Sensors, including models like SVP - 2020D - 101A, SVP - 3730D - 101A, SVP - 3730D - 152A, SV - MAP - 0100A, SV - MAP - 0700A11, etc., are based on MEMS technology. Most are MEMS + ASIC dual chip except some like SV - MAP - 0100A which is a MEMS single chip. They have different output types: digital IIC for dual chip models and analog differential signal for single chip ones. The pressure range varies from 0 - 100kPa to 0 - 1500kPa. All have a working voltage of 1.8 - 3.6V except the single chip models which are 5V. Their dimensions are around 3.76(L) × 3.0(W) × 1.05(H) mm or similar, and they are packaged in Tape and Reel.
