Description
1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane is a colorless and transparent liquid, soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum hydrocarbons, and various organic solvents, but insoluble in water. It is a versatile organosilicon intermediate. Used for the synthesis of poly siloxanes with functional end groups, it is an important raw material for high-performance organosilicon surfactants, liquid silicone rubber, modified silicone oils, plastics, resin modifiers, and dendritic polymers.
Packing and Storage
The product is packaged in a 200L lined iron drum, with a net weight of 130kg per large drum.
